Cohoes, NY -- September 1, 2006 -- Minds-Eye-View, Inc. (MEV), the inventor and pioneer of spherical media, widely used on the Internet in interactive virtual tours, announced today the release of two new 360 degree software products under its PictoSphere™ trade name (pictosphere.com).
Included in the release is a fisheye stitching product, PictoStitch Pro™, which allows the creation of spherical photographs in a demanding workflow-oriented environment, and yet is flexible enough to handle specialized needs such as aerial virtual photography. "This product grew out of our work to meet the highly demanding needs of c360 grader Holding AS, Norway, one of the largest virtual tour producers in Europe," said MEV President, Ford Oxaal. "c360 grader produces spherical photographs by the thousands." PictoStitch Pro™ is protected under the Oxaal patent portfolio of ten U.S. patents, and has an introductory price of $360. PictoStitch Pro™ is available exclusively from www.pictosphere.com. It includes a license to produce up to 500 spherical photographs per month.
Also released is a perspective effects product, PictoPrint™, which allows creation of eye-catching print and web graphics from spherical photographs. "There are millions of spherical photographs out there, and this product will let you go back and extract exciting visuals from them. The radical visuals unique to PictoPrint™ can be used, for example, to provide an unmistakable visual cue that interactive imagery is just a click away," noted Oxaal. Like PictoStitch Pro™, PictoPrint™ is licensed and protected under the Oxaal patent portfolio. PictoPrint™ 1.0 is priced at $49 and is available exclusively from www.pictosphere.com.

Minds-Eye-View, Inc. Prevails Against Preliminary
Injunction
Cohoes, NY - July 29, 2003 - Minds-Eye-View, Inc. (MEV), the
pioneer in interactive spherical imaging, widely used on the Internet,
announced today that Internet Pictures Corporation (iPIX) of
Knoxville, Tennessee has withdrawn its motion for preliminary
injunction. Ford Oxaal, MEV's president, commented, "iPIX's motion
for preliminary injunction was the reason we filed our extensive
defense right up front. Now that the immediate threat has been
removed, we can continue forward with our plans to enhance spherical
photography as it is used now by the real estate, travel and tourism
industries, as well as expand into industries that we feel may have
been overlooked."
One of MEV's licensees, iPIX, has filed an unfair competition and
patent infringement lawsuit (case number 3:03-CV-317) against it. MEV
considers the lawsuit meritless, frivolous, and vexatious, and in its
defense has presented irrefutable evidence that the patent in suit
(Re. 36,207) is invalid, unenforceable, and not infringed on numerous
grounds. Through its defense, Minds-Eye-View, Inc. expects the entire
iPIX patent portfolio to be rendered unenforceable.

Pictures Corporation (iPIX) of Knoxville, Tennessee. MEV considers

inequitable conduct (including fraud in procurement), non-enablement,
failure to disclose best mode, and inadequate written description, the
